Voting on EU’s clean car rules commences on May 11

CO2 vehicle standards are the main tool to decarbonise cars in Europe. Since the introduction of 2020/21 targets and electric car sales have entered the mass market, sales have rocketed and make up 18% of total car sales in 2021.
